Carmen's Vision for Grace Abounds is innovative . She is an Industry disrupter departing from the traditional model of community Grass roots organizations while keeping a pure commitment to reaching the people in most need.  By Launching "Flash Initiatives" that are strategic and easily scalable, Grace Abounds can sustain its impact in the Community for the long run.

Carmen has a Masters of Practical Theology with a specialization in Intercultural Communications from Regent University and  B.S of Social Psychology from Park University. She was Executive Director For Legacy Voices for 10 years and was instrumental in the city of Leander Texas in creating their Public Arts Ordinance. She served as Co Chairman of the Inaugural  Publics Arts Committee for 2 years .

 

She is a world traveled Speaker and Leader and delivered a TED Talk in Moscow Russia as part of the Universities first International Leadership Conference. She has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 12 years and has a commitment to encouraging single mothers to rise above the bleakest of circumstance. She had a lot of "bad hands" dealt her way but is an overcomer ready to give other's a map towards their own victories 

 

 Most Importantly Carmen is  committed mother and member of her Family. Family is everything to her! She attends Crossover Church in Tampa Fl.
